Turonian Chalky Limestone

In the south of the Puy Notre Dame, you can find the troglodyte village of Chavannes where our vines of cabernet franc grow to produce this intense and complex wine. The terroir rich in chalky-limestone gives richness and fruity to our wines. To create our Clos du Petit Chavannes, we select the best juices that will age in oak barrel for almost 2 years. This wine can age in your cellar for 8-9 years and will pair perfectly with red meats, games and spicy meals.
