Clos du Petit Chavannes

South of the village of Puy-Notre-Dame, lies the troglodyte village of Chavannes which is home to the Cabernet Franc clos which are used to produce this intense and complex wine.

This generous tufa soil gives our grapes a rich and fruity juice. We then select the best juices which we patiently age in oak barrels to tame its power. This wine can perfectly continue to age in your cellar for 10 years, it will go well with red meats, game and tagines.
