Chavannes refuge

Under the vines of the Enchantoir hill, lie the troglodyte cellars which served as a hiding place for our ancestors during the wars: the Refuge de Chavannes.

With their composition of Turonian limestone and clay, these cellars support our Chenin vines. Aged in oak barrels for two years, we let it express all its elegance and complexity. The Refuge de Chavannes is a tribute to this Land of Puy Notre Dame where our wines draw their character. With grilled fish or in sauce, or poultry in sauce.
