White Lands

At Puy Notre Dame, it is at the foot of the ruins of the Château de Chavannes, on the white Turonian rocks of the Enchantoir hill that the exceptional character of our Chenin is expressed.

Harvested by hand, we age this vintage on lees to preserve the intensity and liveliness of its aromas of fruit and white flowers. For an experience combining pleasure and originality, this wine will accompany shellfish, fish, cheeses and white meats.
